Andreas Schulz is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership in the pharmaceutical industry, spanning R&D, regulatory affairs, clinical development, drug safety, and marketing. His career includes senior management positions at industry leaders such as Upjohn, Schering, and Bayer, where he consistently drove business growth and operational excellence.
Holding a Ph.D. in human biology from Justus Liebig University in Giessen, Germany, following his studies in organic chemistry in Berlin, Andreas blends scientific depth with a strategic business mindset. He has led high-performing teams in both national and international settings, delivering impactful results throughout his career.
Mr. Dilip Chaudhary

Mr. Dilip Chaudhary is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 20 years of leadership experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and hospitality. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of multiple companies with combined revenues exceeding $50 million. He is the founder of Shankus Pharmaceuticals, a leading API manufacturing company; Shankus Acme Pharma, a pharmaceutical distribution firm; and Shankus Hospitals, which provides oncology care across 8+ locations in rural India. He also co-founded Priosh PharmaChem AG in Switzerland. His expertise lies in business strategy, operations optimization, financial planning, and leadership in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
Dimitris Kalias, Ph.D.
Board Member
Dimitris Kalias brings years of experience as an entrepreneur in the fields of chemical, pharmaceutical, biotech, and food industries across Switzerland, Greece, and Asia. After earning his Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Zurich, he held senior roles in business development, sales, and chemical development at top-tier chemical and pharmaceutical companies including Ciba-Geigy, EMS, Agilent, and Lonza.
In 2001, he founded VIO Chemicals AG in Zurich, followed by VIO AG Pharmaceuticals S.A. and Plankton First S.A. in 2019, ventures that reflect his deep expertise in entrepreneurship and international reach. Dimitris also led the successful development and sale of a greenfield chemical production site in China.

Oliver Nedela
Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
Oliver holds a degree in Economic Engineering in combination with Computer Science at a leading German Engineering University and is also qualified as a Microsoft MCP. Oliver was previously European Operations Manager of a leading pan European distribution business based in Switzerland. In his prior role Oliver was responsible for the Customer Services, Purchase Order Processing, Sales Order Processing, establishment and management of the Groups external pan European warehousing and logistics facilities in Holland (connected via EDI links), inventory control, and supporting the operational activities of pan European sales offices.
Oliver was also responsible for the groups IT infrastructure and personally managed the implementation and on-going development of the groups ERP system providing extensive training to employees in its use. Oliver has wide experience of all operational matters relating to companies involved in pan European distribution and especially with the administration and management of complex logistics and VAT related issues.
During the past 20+ Year he did act as CFO in many mid-size companies. Being responsible for the Account, Financial controlling, Reporting an all financial aspect of a company. Including Payroll for companies +100 employees. He was also being a Angle Cofounder in IT companies and did acquire a lot of experience in regards to cope with growth and future requirements of a company.
Annina Schulz-Sciberras, Ph.D.
Chief Quality Officer
Annina Schulz is a seasoned quality assurance professional with over a decade of experience in the medical industry, specialising in EU medical regulations, medical devices, and food additives. She has successfully led high-performing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards in complex international settings.
Annina holds a Ph.D. in molecular biology from Philipps University in Marburg, following her studies in biochemistry in Greifswald, Germany. She brings deep expertise in EU legislation related to medicinal products, medical devices, and food additives, along with a strong command of occupational health, environmental compliance, and ISO standards.
